Reading the website does not give you ownership of, or any license to, our content, except the limited personal-use permission in section 3 and the quoting permission in section 6. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

You’re welcome to:

We do not control those websites, and we are not responsible for their content, products, prices, delivery, privacy practices or availability. We research every guide carefully and update our content when care standards change, as described in our Editorial Policy. Even so, pet care guidance changes over time, sources sometimes disagree, and mistakes can happen. Product details such as sizes, prices and availability may change after we publish.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KCS Global Group, The Burrow Brief and our team members will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content. This includes any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, any harm to your pet, any loss of money, and any problem with a product or service you bought from a third party through a link on our website.

If you break these terms or the law while using the website, and this leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses we suffer as a result, including reasonable legal fees.

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that content on The Burrow Brief uses your copyrighted work without permission, email contact@theburrowbrief.com with the subject line “Copyright complaint” and include:

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website will be handled by the courts in Durg, Chhattisgarh, India, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
